We have identified an issue with the web application formatting that resulted in some users seeing unformatted dbt Platform Canvas. A fix is being implemented, and we will provide an update shortly.
Investigating
We're investigating an issue with formatting in the dbt Platform that is causing some users to see an unformatted version of dbt Platform Canvas when switching accounts or changing URLs. This is impacting the web application anytime after 1:00 PM Eastern. The team is working on a resolution and we will provide updates at approximately 15 minute intervals or as soon as new information becomes available. Scheduled jobs and the Studio IDE is not impacted and should be running as expected.
