Between May 24, 8:52 pm – May 24, 8:55 pm UTC, a small number of runs trying to retrieve publication artifacts experienced the following error: "Error retrieving publications: the Cloud Artifacts API is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
The issue has since been resolved and we're continuing to monitor. Apologies for any inconveniences this has caused
