We're investigating an issue where dbt Cloud for Europe (Azure) Cell 1 is unavailable. This is impacting the Web Application, IDE, API, and Metadata API systems in Azure MT EMEA anytime after 4:37 PM Eastern.

Scheduled Jobs and Metadata Ingestion are not impacted and should be running as expected.
